Q. I am thinking of ordering wedding stationery from Perfect Wedding Store, how long will it take?
A. At Perfect Wedding Store we pride ourselves on the quality of the products we supply, After placing an order with us we will supply a layout proof to you, if requested, normally within 24 - 36 hours. After proof approval we will try our hardest to get printed stationery delivered to you within 10 days, however this can be quicker depending on time of year. Please note not all orders are delivered together, some items may come off production early and leave the factory separately. Many of our stationery ranges are printed and supplied from outside the UK and if that’s the case a lead time of up to 28 days is required for delivery. Please note all goods that may take up to 28 days for delivery will be highlighted next to the item in question on our site.

A. When ordering wedding stationery or wedding gift/accessories from Perfect Wedding Store, our personalisation section will ‘walk’ you through every option and piece of information we need to fully personalise your order. We will show you all options including font choice, ink/foil colour options and any kind of logo that maybe required to process your order.

Q. I want to order all of my wedding stationery to secure the best promotional offers but I don’t have all the information required. For example, I can’t complete my order of service until I meet with the vicar.
A. We recommend that you order everything from us at the same time. This will qualify you for any special promotion we may be running, it also will fix the price of the chosen wedding stationery. Your account will remain in credit for the item(s) that still has to be ordered. Please ensure that any item for which you are in credit is requested at least 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to allow us plenty of time to process the remainder of your wedding stationery.

Q. What happens if I receive my wedding stationery and there is a problem?
A. When you order wedding stationery from us we recommend you request a proof of the wording layout which you have chosen. This will allow you to check all of your details and when you are satisfied that everything is correct you can confirm accordingly and your wedding stationery will be printed. If you decide not to have a proof any subsequent error is not our responsibility.

We advise you to order and view a sample wedding card prior to purchasing your wedding stationery. This will enable you to assess the quality of the sample sent and may avoid subsequent problems.
In the unlikely event that you receive any product or wedding stationery from us with an error that was our fault we will be more than happy to replace, free of charge or refund if you are not satisfied. Customer service and satisfaction is very important to all of us at the Perfect Wedding Store because we receive much of our business from customer recommendations.

Q. When should I order wedding stationery?
A. There’s no right or wrong time to order your wedding stationery. If you are planning a summer wedding then the idea of ordering your stationery up to a year in advance isn’t outrageous. This will enable you to phase the release of invitations with family and close friends being given the opportunity to plan their holiday commitments around your wedding. Obviously you can release the remaining invitations to friends a little closer to your great day.

A. Please don’t worry because our site is secure. Our web design team have created a secure shopping checkout on our website. All details supplied to us are encrypted and fully secure.

Naturally, if you would prefer to pay by cheque that’s okay, just select your preferred payment option in the shopping cart.

We even have an option which will allow you to contact us. Your order will still go through for processing but we will call you and take card details over the telephone so it’s important to leave an accurate contact telephone number.

A. When your order comes through to us we thoroughly check every detail. We process hundreds of wedding stationery orders every week; it’s what we do for a living and what we have built our reputation on. If, for any reason we are unhappy with the wording submitted to us we will let you know, it’s only fair. Please remember you don’t get married every day, so we are here to help you. However, we always recommended that you see a proof prior to printing. This will allow you to check all your wedding stationery information, you will also be able to view the correct layout and make any changes you wish, before printing.

It is a good idea to discuss the wording of your wedding stationery with your parents, if at all possible. We know that serious family disputes can arise without consultation so avoid this pitfall if you possibly can.
